I am
dismayed by the number of rugby league “fans” who have come out
criticising their teams. Spare a thought for all of us Bears fans,
Central Coast and North Shore alike, who are still waiting for the NRL
to say “Let’s bring back the Bears”.
At least you can go and watch your favourite team run around each week.
For almost five sea sons now, through no fault of our own, Bears
supporters have been vanquished to the back lots to watch their lower
grades.
But we have remained resilient and will keep going until the Bears are
readmitted to play at that beautiful oval at Gosford.
