Bulldogs Are Coming

You can almost hear Paul Revere riding down Miller St shouting, “the Bulldogs are coming, the Bulldogs are coming!”.

However North Shore residents need not cower in fear. They will be safe to walk the streets and attend North Sydney Oval on Sunday afternoon for the Bears’ first proper home game of 2004.

Norths officials haven’t worried about extra security for the match, believing Doggies fans have either

a) learned their lesson from their recent troubles,

b) probably won’t be converging on the northside in significant enough numbers,

c) aren’t passionate enough about the Premier League to get aggravated, should the mighty Bears make it back-to-back victories or

d) all of the above.
